Here's a time line of Ir. soekarno's life:

1915 - Enter Hogere Burger School (HBS) in Surabaya.

1921 - Graduated from HBS and went on to Technische Hoogeschool te Bandoeng (now ITB) in Bandung majoring in Civil Engineering.

1929 - Arrested and put in Banceuy Prison.

1932 - Joined the Indonesian Party (Partindo).

1945 - Proclaiming Indonesia's independence.
